A193 B16
A steel produced at the quenched and tempered state according to the United States standard ASTM A-193, it is used for linkages and bolts destined for the oil industry. Analytically similar to the 40CrMoV4-6 type of the European standard EN 10269. It has greater temperability than the previous type thanks to the higher amount of alloy elements.
