Roda Alloy 625

Roda Alloy 625 is a grade developed to be used in the welding of 625 alloys operating at temperatures between -269°C and 1,000°C and even above 1,000°C. It is suitable for use in power plants, petrochemical plants, high temperature furnace equipment, and welding of heat resistant alloys (such as Incolloy 800/800H) with other alloys. In addition, it is used in the welding of high corrosion resistant alloys such as Alloy 825, super austenitic stainless steels containing 6% Mo, 254SMo, Alloy 28, 904L and shafts used in the valve, pump and ship industry, where high pitting corrosion resistance (PRE>50) is required and the weld metal liquefaction is required. Suitable for use in welding coating applications of offshore equipment where tolerance is required
